Who we are
Medibee Recruitment Ltd (“Medibee”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO reference: TBC).
What we collect
Account and profile information you provide (name, contact details, professional history, skills and availability).
For Hive members, documents you upload to your Vault and any verification outcomes.
Technical data such as device and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide your profile, Vault and Passport, to enable employer discovery you have opted into, and to operate, secure and improve the platform.
Health and criminal-records information (e.g. DBS) is special-category data and is processed only with an appropriate lawful basis and additional safeguards.
Your rights
