Retention periods
Profile and account data: kept until you delete your account, after which it is removed within 30 days.
Subscription and billing records: retained for 7 years to meet accounting and tax obligations.
Activity and security logs: typically retained for up to 2 years.
Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.
