How to complain

Email hello@medibee-recruitment.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject line, describing what happened and what outcome you’re seeking.

What happens next

We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.

If you remain dissatisfied, we will explain any further steps available to you, including any relevant external body.
