When NHS England retired the Digital Staff Passport in December 2025, around 1.5 million healthcare workers lost portable credentialing overnight, and half a million care workers never had it. Every employer re-verifies the same person, again and again. Medibee exists to fix that.
Our approach
Healthcare professionals build one verified profile (their Vault of documents and scannable Passport) and own it for life. It travels with them across NHS trusts, private hospitals, care homes and agencies. Employers pay to discover and verify that talent. The worker builds the asset; the employer pays to access it.
What Medibee is not
- A job board (we don’t post vacancies)
- A shift-booking or scheduling system
- A payroll provider
- A staffing agency (we facilitate introductions, not placements)
- A replacement for an employer’s own compliance checks
Medibee is a professional membership and document-review service. We never charge work-seekers to be hired.
